Delegate Cheryl Pasteur joined the council in February 2023 bringing an extensive background in all aspects of the arts and a determined commitment toward the investment and advancement of the arts for all Marylanders. Delegate Pasteur currently serves on the following committees; Member, Judiciary Committee, Member, Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland; Women Legislators of Maryland. Delegate Pasteur’s memberships include; Baltimore County Arts Guild; Pikesville Armory Foundation Board; Continental Societies, Inc.; Baltimore County Commission for Arts & Sciences, 2010-2018.
