The Arts Relief general operating support (ARGOS) program was offered in FY 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023) only, as the result of a one-time state supplemental budget package. ARGOS funds were disbursed to bolster the regular budgets of Maryland’s arts organizations and arts programs in recognition of the continuing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the arts sector.
